The Super Rugby U16s and U19s competition is here as the next wave of Rugby stars get their opportunity to shine.

The NSW Waratahs enter as the defending champions of the U16s tournament and open the proceedings on September 29 against a Melbourne Rebels side with a point to prove at Leichhardt Oval.

Meanwhile, the ACT Brumbies will be out to defend their U19s crown as they host a beefed up Western Force outfit at Viking Park.

The Queensland Reds will have a bye in the first of a five-round regular season before the Grand Final on November 3.
