Communities in Western Massachusetts Celebrate Halloween Together
As Halloween approaches, many communities in Western Massachusetts are gearing up to host events for residents to celebrate the holiday. Here is a roundup of some of the Halloween events happening this weekend:
A Weekend of Halloween Fun
Agawam:
Sunday, October 29th: Join the Trunk or Treat event at Agawam Congregational Church from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Amherst:
On Sunday, October 29th, Trick or Treat in Downtown Amherst from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. followed by the Halloween Spooktacular at Bangs Community Center from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $5. Also, don’t miss the Halloween Pawty at Amherst Dog Park from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Chicopee:
Details for Chicopee’s Halloween event are coming soon.
Deerfield, Greenfield, Hadley, Holyoke, Ludlow, Northampton, Russell, South Hadley, Springfield, Sunderland, West Springfield, West Stockbridge, Westfield, and Williamsburg:
Various events including Trunk or Treat, Mall-O-Ween, Haunted Strathmore, and Rag Shag Parade are happening in these communities. Be sure to check local listings for specific details and timings.
